I’ve always been drawn to the story behind the numbers—how money moves, how banks think, and how structure drives strategy. As a mortgage broker who has spent over 25 years helping clients across Metro Vancouver and beyond, mortgage brokering has provided me the perfect lens to see both the details and the bigger picture. Having worked with the full spectrum of Canadian lenders—from the big banks to alternative and private sources—I understand not just the rates, but the relationships that move approvals forward.
